We will also determine how many days are worth spending in each city.

Itinerary and Budget

We will help you put together an itinerary that allows you to travel at your own pace, visiting the cities that interest you the most and making the most of your time. We will take into consideration your travel style, time availability, interests, number of days per city, and transportation. We will work with you to create a budget that suits your needs, taking into account all your expenses so that you don't encounter unpleasant surprises during your trip.

Hotel Reservations and Transfers

We will cover topics related to safety, such as avoiding scams and fraud, handling mobile phones, using cash and credit/debit cards, and packing. We will explore different ways to avoid long queues at popular attractions and how to enjoy cities during peak tourist seasons.

We will monitor unexpected changes and cancellations in transfers during your trip and assist you in resolving any issues in advance. We will stay in touch with the hotels, ensuring that they are expecting you upon arrival. Throughout your journey, we will be available via WhatsApp for any assistance you may need.

We will provide you with support throughout your journey for unexpected changes and cancellations. You will receive assistance in resolving any issues in advance, and we will follow up with the hotels to ensure they are ready to welcome you upon your arrival. We will stay in touch via WhatsApp to keep you updated and help with any concerns that may arise during your trip.

Te ayudaremos a definir cuando viajar considerando las temporadas del año, clima, horas de luz y afluencia de turistas, entre otros. Veremos destinos a conocer incluyendo las ciudades más atractivas para parejas, jóvenes, familias, las atracciones principales incluyendo monumentos, museos, castillos y palacios, ciudades medievales y maravillas de la naturaleza. Veremos cuántos días vale la pena estar en cada ciudad.

Itinerario y Presupuesto

Te ayudaremos a armar un itinerario que te permita viajar a tu ritmo, conociendo las ciudades que más te interesan y disfrutando al máximo tu tiempo. Consideraremos tu estilo de viaje, disponibilidad de tiempo, intereses, días por ciudad y traslados. Trabajaremos contigo para armar un presupuesto acorde a tus necesidades que contemple todos tus gastos y no te lleves sorpresas desagradables durante tu viaje.

Sesiones de Orientación

Te presentaremos las distintas ciudades que visitaras durante tu viaje, incluyendo las atracciones principales, ubicación del hotel, aeropuertos y estaciones de tren. Te ayudaremos a orientarte en la ciudad, a ubicar las atracciones cerca y lejos de tu hotel y como recorrer las distintas zonas turísticas. Te guiaremos en el uso de transporte público y traslado a aeropuertos y te daremos tips sobre la compra de boletos para las atracciones, para hacer tu visita lo más sencilla y cómoda posible.

Sesiones de Consejos

Durante esta sesión, te platicaremos de experiencias que hemos vivido en Por Europa, para que puedas aprovechar estos tips y evitar malas experiencias o contratiempos. Revisaremos temas de seguridad, como evitar estafas y timos, manejo de celulares, uso de efectivo y tarjetas de crédito/débito y como empacar. Veremos distintas maneras de evitar largas filas en las atracciones más populares y cómo disfrutar de las ciudades en épocas de temporada alta de turismo.

Durante tu Viaje

Daremos seguimiento durante tu viaje a cambios y cancelaciones inesperados en traslados y te apoyaremos para solucionar cualquier contratiempo con anticipación. Estaremos en contacto con los hoteles, asegurándonos que te estén esperando a tu llegada. Durante lo largo de tu viaje, estaremos atentos via WhatsApp para cualquier ayuda que puedas necesitar.

You buy your flight from Munich to Madrid at 7 am to be able to spend all day in Madrid without thinking that you will have to wake up at 3 in the morning and will be tired all day.
